Prince Harry: King’s cancer could reunite family

In his first public comments on his father’s cancer diagnosis Prince Harry tonight held up hope that the royal family might be re-united.

Speaking in an interview on American TV he responded positively to the suggestion that King Charles’s illness might help bring the family together.

Harry didn’t reveal any details about the King’s condition though, but what he did say was “I love my family.”

Harry confirmed he personally spoke with Charles about his diagnosis and quickly made a plan to go see him in person.

“I jumped on a plane and went to go see him as soon as I could,” Harry said.
