Prince William helps charity make tasty Bolognase Sauce

The Prince visited surplus food distribution charity Surplus to Supper in Sunbury-on-Thames, where he helped out in the kitchen and loaded meals into delivery vans.

The Prince of Wales, who has spent the past three-and-a-half weeks with Kate and their children during holidays returned to public work this Thursday.

Prince William donned a pinny to help make bolognese sauce, and was given get well soon cards by well-wishers.

Last month, the Princess of Wales revealed she was in the “early stages” of preventative chemotherapy.

Prince William’s previous official engagement was on 19 March in Sheffield – three days before his wife’s announcement.

He told volunteers that he’s taking care of his wife, Catherine.  This after receiving get well soon cards for both her and his father, King Charles. Thank you for joining us.
