Marr’s Guitar Collection Up For Auction
It’s described as a celebration as guitars from the Johnny Marr collection are auctioned at Christie’s of London.
About a year ago the, multi-award winning music icon approached the auctioneers and together they agreed about 80 to be sold.
Dozens of the guitars heard on Smiths classics such as This Charming Man.
From sales Johnny Marr will donate to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and The National Autistic Society charities.
Auction takes place at 2pm 17 September, 2026.
