Teen with loss of most her hands wins The Piano – an amazing performance 🎹 👏

Congratulations to Grace Matthews, 19, declared winner of The Piano. The announcement left many in tears.

Grace hits the notes using her palm, half a thumb and the stub of a little finger.  This after losing most of her hands and legs to meningitis and meningococcal septicaemia.

The Channel Four show is one of the most popular on its network.

The Piano was hosted by Claudia Winkleman and presented at the Birmingham Symphony Hall.
