Kensington Palace officials have confirmed that Prince George, the son of Britain’s Prince William and his wife Catherine, has been christened in the Chapel Royal at St James’s royal residency.
The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, the head of the world’s Anglicans, performed the christening. George, who is third in line to the British throne, was born on July 22.

The Kensington royal residency is the new permanent address for Kate, William and the new prince. It has had a £12m makeover and for the time being is open to the public. Take a look inside
