Northrop Grumman’s Commercial Resupply Services 23 mission launched into space on Sept. 14, 2025, carrying supplies and science experiments to the orbiting laboratory. This mission was the first flight of the larger, more cargo-capable version of the solar-powered spacecraft.

The uncrewed Cygnus XL spacecraft will be clasped by the space station’s Canadarm2 robotic arm and is scheduled to be released from the station at 7 a.m. EDT (1100 UTC) on March 12, 2026.
