NASA: Four astronauts are “at home” and “safe”
“Crew member of concern is doing fine”
Astronauts splashed down on Earth after emergency return.
After the splashdown of NASA’s SpaceX Crew-11 mission, agency leaders, including NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman, are discussing the crew’s return and taking questions from media.
Crew-11 returned to Earth on Jan. 15, carrying NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Kimiya Yui, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov.
The four-member crew performed research, technology demonstrations, and maintenance activities during their five-and-a-half month mission aboard the International Space Station.
