Blue Origin All Female New Sheperd Mission

The New Shepard rocket carried six passengers, including Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyễn, Gayle King, Katy Perry, Kerianne Flynn, and Lauren Sánchez. They went on a groundbreaking suborbital journey. The launch window opened at 8:30 a.m. CDT / 13:30 UTC, so take a look and witness another exciting milestone in commercial spaceflight!
New Shepard astronauts ascend toward space at more than three times the speed of sound. They pass the Kármán line, the internationally recognised boundary of space 62 miles (100 km) above Earth. Then unbuckling to float weightless and gaze at our planet. The crew returns gently under parachutes.
Katy Perry looked outstanding and confident in the blue jumpsuit which was emblazoned with ‘Perry’ and said ‘Blue Origin’ down the arm.

Aisha Bowe is a former NASA rocket scientist, entrepreneur, and global STEM advocate.
