Nigel Farage interview – Alliance for Responsible Citizenship conference
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage a guest at the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship conference, Tuesday 18 February.
The Reform UK leader’s appearance comes a day after Conservative Kemi Badenoch warned that failure to renew her party following their election loss could lead to the loss of “our country and all of Western civilisation.”
The event co-founded by Jordan Peterson brings together global rightwing figures including senior US republicans.
ARC pledges to build on “our growing movement and continue the vital work of relaying the foundations of our civilisation”.
Influential right wingers from around the world gathered at the conference to network and build connections with senior US Republicans linked to the Trump Administration.
ARC was co-founded in 2023 by the Canadian psychologist and self-help author Jordan Peterson and the Tory peer Paul Marshall. He is one of the owners of GB News, and Legatum, the private investment firm.
After last year’s first event at the O2 Arena, it has moved to a larger venue this year at the Excel centre.
In the meantime, only 18 per cent of voters say they think the Conservatives have a clear sense of purpose, 59 per cent say that’s unclear. For Nigel Farage’s party 49 per cent say it has a clear sense of purpose, while only 24 per cent say they are unclear on what the party stands for.
