BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards 2025 – T-PAIN Honoured – catch some scenes
The BMI (Broadcast Music Inc) paid tribute to the best in R&B and Hip-Hop Friday August 29 in Los Angeles California.
Top honour, BMI’ President’s Award, went to T-PAIN. He has earned 28 Awards since he joined BMI in 2005. Among them Songwriter of the Year award three times, and named BNI R&B/Hip-Hop Producer of the Year.
He said: “Every journey has a beginning, a middle and an end. Don’t let anyone dictate your time or how fast you get to the finish line. Let yourself be your own time measurement.”
The BMI IMpact Award went to GloRilla for “leading the eay for female hip-hop artists. GloRilla encouraged up and coming artists to “keep your foot on the gas.”
