Pulp Fiction – the dance – watch the unique and fascinating moves of the Twist

A major feature in the Quentin Tarantino film Pulp Fiction released in 1994.  John Travolta and Uma Thurman take to the dance floor in an American diner.

The two characters, Mia and Vincent, perform the Twist to win a local dance competition.  Their twists and turns are incredibly stylised and fascinating while barely touching each other.

Mia and Vincent are competing to win the Diners dance competition and they succeed!

And yes, the song playing during THAT dance is 1964’s You Never Can Tell by the “Father of Rock and Roll” Chuck Berry.  Lovely.
