The Scottish government is to change income and council tax thresholds.  Finance Secretary Shona Robison also unveiled changes on mansion tax on £1m homes.

There is also to be a rise in earnings of 7.4% from April 2026.

Scottish Labour says it doesn’t deliver real change.
