Two coaching legends honoured by IOC – watch the video
Volleyball coach Lang Ping from China and wrestling coach Raúl de Jesús Trujillo Diaz from Cuba have received the IOC Coaches Lifetime Achievement Award.
The pair were given the trophies at a ceremony at the International Olympic Committee’s headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Both coaches have helped countless athletes to reach pinnacles of their sports. Winning dozens of medals in the process across several editions of the Olympic Games.
