Sir Keir Starmer and Kemi Badenoch have the opportunity to debate or clash over issues affecting the people of the UK.

Sir Keir Starmer “confident” inflation will come down.  Starmer says Government wants to make more pensioners eligible for winter fuel payments.

Badenoch: Starmer has lost control of the economy.  This after inflation surged to its highest level for more than a year.

The current cost of living is not making many in the community very happy.  We will hear some solutions?  Watch as they confront each in the Chamber.

The chancellor said the ‘policy stands’ ahead of the spending review. Inflation rose to 3.5% in April. Keir Starmer will face Kemi Badenoch at PMQs.

In the meantime Minister defends welfare reforms, saying the system is currently ‘not sustainable or fair’.  Liz Kendall has defended welfare reforms, and said that “no responsible Labour government” could leave the system unchanged.
