Experience the pinnacle of Black musical excellence and culture at the 2025 MOBO Awards, live from Newcastle’s Utilita Arena on 18 February 2025. Hosted by the dynamic duo Eddie Kadi and Indiyah Polack, the ceremony promises an unforgettable night of performances and celebration. As the UK’s biggest celebration of Black music and culture, the MOBO Awards continues to honour the artists making an impact.
Stars are gathering in Newcastle ahead of the Mobo Awards, which celebrate black music and culture in the UK and beyond.
UK rapper Central Cee could make history by becoming the first artist to win best male act three times.
Jorja Smith, Ghetts and Central Cee each have three nominations.
The night includes performances from Spice, Krept & Konan and Bashy – Bashy is up for Album of the Year after a 15-year break.
Mobo Awards founder Kanya King announced last year she had been diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer. Later confirmed that the Mobo’s 2025 charity partner was Prostate Cancer UK.
