Home Secretary: Huntingdon a terrifying attack

Home Secretary, Shabana Mahmood, delivered a statement in the House of Commons this afternoon. This after the horrific scenes that unfolded over the weekend on a train in Cambridgeshire.

She described the incident as a terrifying attack.

Anthony Williams, 32, of Langford Road, Peterborough, charged with 10 counts of attempted murder. Plus one count of Actual Bodily Harm and one count of possession of bladed article.

He is also accused of carrying out an earlier knife attack on another train in east London at about 00:45 on Saturday morning.
