It is a gripping spy drama about legendary intelligence agents George Woodhouse and his beloved wife Kathryn.

When intelligence agent Kathryn Woodhouse is suspected of betraying the nation, her husband – also a legendary agent – faces the ultimate test of whether to be loyal to his marriage, or his country.

“Maybe this is all your greatest game, George,” Fassbender’s character is told at one point in the trailer, as he is tasked with identifying the leaker as part of the movie shot in London.

This is Steven Soderbergh and Cate Blanchett’s first collaboration since The Good German (2006).

Fassbender appeared in Soderbergh’s Haywire in 2011. Blanchett and Fassbender star in the feature alongside Regé-Jean Page, Naomie Harris, Tom Burke and Pierce Brosnan.

The film also marked a reunion for Soderbergh and David Koepp, who penned the screenplay for it and the director’s Sundance ghost story Presence. Casey Silver and Greg Jacobs serve as producers.
