World Premiere – The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim

The stars welcomed by a large crowd of cheering fans as they lined the red carpet in Leicester Square.

Brian Cox, Sir Ian McKellen and Gaia Wise among the voice characters featured in the film.

All agreed it was a great feeling to be involved in The War of the Rohirrim. Sir Ian particularly pleased because he’s been part of the ‘Rings’ since the beginning.

The film is set to open across the UK December 13.

The story:

A sudden attack by Wulf, a clever and ruthless Dunlending lord seeking vengeance for the death of his father, forces Helm Hammerhand, the King of Rohan, and his people to make a daring last stand in the ancient stronghold of the Hornburg.

This created a brand-new strand of lore. Also rendered in jaw-dropping anime and inspired by the appendices in J.R.R. Tolkien’s book trilogy that hinted at the history of Rohan’s ancient kings.
