Kevin Costner‘s first directorial effort since Open Range (2003).

When shooting started in Moab Utah temperature was 109 degrees. Towards the end of shooting temperature got to a low of 9 degrees.

This will be Kevin Costner and Jeff Fahey third western together. Silverado (1985) & Wyatt Earp (1994) being the other two westerns.

Director Kevin Costner was spotted in Glasgow city centre in August 2023 along with Scottish actor David O’Hara who will star in the the movie . When asked what he was doing he said scoring a movie!!

Kevin Costner and Jena Malone previously worked together in For Love of the Game (1999) and the Hatfields & McCoys (2012) miniseries.
