Goodbye Amy Winehouse – Remembering
On 23 July 2011 Amy Winehouse found dead in her home in Camden North London. The news of her death sent shock waves around the globe.
The sudden loss of the singing star baffled many especially her father Mitch who said she was taking control of drinking and drug taking.
Following two inquests – second one held because first had inaccurate information – it was confirmed she died of alcohol poisoning.
Amy had a reputation for drug taking but medical results found no drugs in her body.

The singer, who had been on her own the night before, died on Saturday 23 July 2011. Fans were stunned by the news and left tributes outside her house. Some spoke to YNUKtv about their grief.
