The migrant sex offender to be deported this week following his arrest after a two-day manhunt.  Hadush Kebatu, an Ethiopian citizen, was arrested in Finsbury Park, north London, at about 8.30am on Sunday after a member of the public reported seeing him at a nearby bus stop.

The Prison Officers’ Union questions why a single member of staff at HMP Chelmsford “unjustly” targeted.  This after the mistaken release of a refused asylum seeker who sexually assaulted a teenage girl.

Mark Fairhurst, the national chair of the POA, said that the member, a discharging manager, the only person under suspension when at least two other more senior staff involved in freeing Hadush Kebatu.
