Conclave and Emilia Perez top BAFTA nominations
The film Conclave and Emilia Pérez lead the 2025 Bafta Film Awards shortlist with 12 and 11 nominations respectively, while The Brutalist gets nine nods
All three are nominated for best picture, along with Anora and A Complete Unknown.
In the leading actress category, Wicked star Cynthia Erivo is nominated, along with Demi Moore and Saoirse Ronan.
Ralph Fiennes, Hugh Grant and Adrien Brody among the nominees for best actor – but Daniel Craig misses out for his role in Queer.
The end of the nomination announcements marks the start of preparations for this year’s Baftas ceremony as the jury gets to work deciding its picks.
The hosts for the nominations show are: Mia McKenna-Bruce and Will Sharpe
Tune in to the ceremony to find out the winners on Sunday 16 February on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK and on BritBox in the US and Canada.
The ceremony hosted by David Tennant at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
British Academy members vote on the shortlists for each category.
