A great couple on the dance floor and they performed a brilliant Paso Doble!

The Strictly couple, Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe were brilliant dancing to Lola’s Theme by The Shapeshifters.

The Noughties floor-filler isn’t a traditional paso song by any means but they’re still tapping into the classic paso elements.

Footwork, facial expressions and body movements came together in one fierce package. Team Mojo mirrored each other in the routine and with their purple costumes too.

Cape-work and matching skirt-ography. Lots of leg. Sharp, dramatic and power-packed, just lacking a little curve and Spanish line. Olé!

Judges’ comments were fantastic: Motsi said “loved it, I got lost in the dance, clear message, there was spice, attack and fire in every moment”. Shirley – “warrior of the evening, beautiful footwork and twist turn, loved it too”. Anton – “whoosh, acceleration, so engrossing”. Craig concludes “your foot was sickled, a terrible shame because it was almost perfect, that… was… something else”.
