Capital’s Summertime Ball closes with DJ David Guetta

It is like a feast of pop music. Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard took over Wembley, England’s national football stadium in northwest London for one day only.

It was presented by Jordan North who hosts Capital Breakfast.

Jordan described the show as an incredible day and night to a packed crowd in Wembley Stadium Sunday 16 June 2024. It was estimated about 80,000 attended.

He introduced the final act onto the stage.

Jordan said: This is going to be truly special. He’s the number one DJ in the world. We couldn’t have got a bigger DJ if we tried. Get ready to go wild for DAVID GUETTA!!!

It was a sell out occasion which included tickets given away by the radio station in the lead-up to the ball.

Wembley Stadium officials said they were proud to host the show and happy to pull out all the stops to make it the biggest success ever.
