Paralympics Opening ceremony – best ever
The 17th Paralympic Games began under blue skies then lit up the night as Paris. The Opening Ceremony made a powerful start in extending to disability sport the same energy and joy that has so far characterised its historic summer.
Coverage of the opening of the Paralympic Games, was on channel 4.  More than 4000 athletes paraded up the Champs-Elysees to the Place de la Concorde in front of 65,000 fans
Bob Walker and Krishnan Guru-Murthy along with Ellie Robinson were elated as they presented the various stage of the amazing opening ceremony. All overjoyed by what they were watching and talking about.
But no need to worry because everybody else view the show were thinking the same thing.
Some described the show as truly theatrical, moving and stunning. Others described it as phenomenal, and experienced tingles as they watched.
Paris a city of love, a city of revolution and now a city of Paralympics revolution. Many say Paris has given motivation to change the world especially toward disabilities.
The first of 11 days of sporting action takes place on Thursday 29 August as France hosts a summer Paralympic Games for the first time.
