Urgent HOC Question on Suella Bravermans whereabouts.
Chris Philp, Minister for Crime and Policing, responded to an urgent HOC question on Suella Bravermans handling of policing and the pro-Palestinain protests..
He also defended the whereabouts of Suella Braverman as row erupts over handling of pro-Palestinian protests Saturday November 11.
He did this while responding to the urgent question in House of Commons over the police handling by Braverman.
Shadow Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper tabled the urgent question asking for statement about the operational independence of the police. Cooper also asked “where is the Home Secretary?”.
Plus, Suella Braverman wrote in the Times where she accused the force of applying a “double standard”, while “pro-Palestinian to its policing of protests.
