Loreen tops Eurovision for Sweden – watch amazing performance

Loreen’s extra long nails are a prominent part of her make-up.  But they added an amazing addition to her fantastic performance on stage.  Loreen was crowned winner of Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

The Swedish singer-songwriter Loreen started the night as runaway favourite.  However, faced a late challenge from Finland’s wildly-popular Käärijä, a fan favourite inside the raucous Liverpool Arena.

In the final count there was no doubt that Loreen had not only won the hearts of the audience, but also of Europe and rest of  globe.

Her win means Sweden is now level with Ireland’s record seven Eurovision wins and Loreen, 39, becomes only the second performer to win the contest twice, after her 2012 hit Euphoria.

The only other individual artist to win it more than once is Ireland’s Johnny Logan.
