Sir Keir Starmer chides the prime minister for referring to the issue of his family’s finances as “this non-dom thing”.

He says the prime minister’s refusal to scrap the non-dom status means that at “every possible opportunity he voted to put taxes up on working people. At the same time taking every possible opportunity to protect a tax avoidance scheme that helped his own finances.

PM – Labour sides with “extremist protestors”.

PM – Priority given to evacuate British Nationals in Sudan.

Starmer – PM still refuses to get rid of non dom status.

The Prime Minister faced criticism over the evacuation of British citizens from Sudan.  He says UK one of the first country’s to evacuate British citizens from Sudan.

Many believe that government reaction too slow in doing something about getting those in danger out of the war stricken country.

Cost of living, energy and growth likely to among the arguments made during Prime Minister’s Questions.

The subject of boat people could be among the issues MPs will want pursue.
