Sunak and Starmer clash over Northern Ireland – watch the argument

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said he’ll “keep fighting until we get a deal”.  This after being pressed by Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer over the Northern Ireland Protocol at PMQs.

PM is yet to reach a deal. with the EU to solve issues with the post-Brexit trading rules for Northern Ireland.

If a new deal doesn’t meet DUP demands, there are suggestions Brsiter Tory backbenchers will oppose it.

The Labour leader said Sunak should accept his offer for Labour support to help a deal get over the line.
