President Zelensky meets King Charles – watch this historic visit 

President Volodymyr has met King Charles at Buckingham Palace.

It is part of his historic and surprise visit to the UK where he has been to 10 Downing Street and Parliament.

It’s the first time the Monarch had met Zelensky.

During his parliament visit he delivered a speech thanking the UK for its support since the invasion in February last year.

He also called on the West to provide fighter jets, saying “Combat aircraft for Ukraine will bring wings of freedom”.
