The Heat is on – a local view – watch how some wanted to burn
Clissold Park is one of the biggest and best in London. Its vast space is usually a lush green but the current heatwave conditions has turned it brown.
But ynuk.tv discovered some couldn’t resist the burn of the sun.
In the meantime an amber extreme heat warning has come into force, with temperatures forecast to hit 37C (99F) in some parts of the UK over the next four days.
