England win Euro 2022 and first major trophy – congratulations Lionesses!!!

What an amazing match. They beat Germany 2 – 1 after extra time.  The Lionesses were superb despite being threatened by Germany.

Germany was a strong team and they were a massive challenge to the Lionesses.

But the women were incredible players.  They were determined to win and they did it!!

The nation erupted as Chloe Kelly clinched the victory in Euro 2022.

There was a record crowd of 87,192 in attendance at Wembley.
