Grant Shapps: Rail Union has got it wrong – millions punished

A series of strikes set to hit the rail network next week.  Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said it will ‘punish millions of innocent people. The Rail Union has got it wrong.’

But the Rail, Maritime and Transport union – RMT – said politicians had prevented progress in talks.

Strikes due to take place across Britain on Tuesday 21st, Thursday 23rd and Saturday 25th June.   Also on the London  Underground Tuesday 21st June.
