Senior royals represent Queen on Commonwealth Day – at Westminster Abbey

Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William and Kate represented the Queen at the Commonwealth Service today.  This after the 95-year-old monarch missed the event at Westminster Abbey for the first time in nearly a decade.

The Queen recently recovered from coronavirus and experienced mobility issues.  This means it would have been difficult travelling to the Abbey. But the Queen had a message for the Commonwealth: ‘ALWAYS AT YOUR SERVICE’

This Commonwealth day commemorates the Queen’s 70 years as head of the Commonwealth.
