PMQs Boris Johnson called to resign over No 10 parties

Boris Johnson addresses the latest Partygate revelations at Prime Minister’s Questions today.

The No 10 party row continues as more MPs have submitted letters of no confidence in the PM.

Keir Starmer Labour leader presses Johnson if he was warned by staff that a May 2020 drinks party risked breaking rules as Dominic Cummings claimed.  He then suggests that Boris should resign as PM.

The PM who has said he wasn’t warned again says MPs should wait for the results of an inquiry into parties.  Boris Johnson accuses Labour leader of ‘wasting this House’s time’.

Following PMQs the Prime Minister expected to detail his plans to ease restrictions on Plan B.
