Flooding: parts of Kent could disappear in 30 years – new report – video

A recent report by Climate Central forecasts that areas in Kent could be swept away by flooding in 30 years.

The US based independent group of scientific journalists believe the findings are far worse than previously reported.  Earlier forecasts indicated 80 years.

This latest data was compiled with the help of NASA’s cutting edge digital technology.  It pin-points the locations in Kent which could be flooded.

If the findings are accurate hundreds of homes, businesses and land would be lost to the sea.  Kerry King Media Productions spoke to Climate Central about their research.
