SpaceX Launch Cargo & Supplies to ISS – 6 December 15:45

Watch the live stream of the 21st SpaceX cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station.  Blast-off was from the Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

On board over 250 science investigations. They include a UK-led space biomining experiment with potential to provide resources for future space missions.  Biomining study could unlock settlements on other worlds.  Also, the Nanoracks Bishop Airlock, set for attachment to the station’s Tranquility module.

The targeted date was changed due to poor weather conditions on Sat., Dec. 5 in the recovery area.

This first commercially funded space station airlock will increase the capacity for external space research at the space station.
