Leonard Shrubsall found after 75 years

After 75 years, and out of the blue, the Shrubsall family in Kent received a letter to say that the wreckage of a World War 11 bomber has been discovered.  It was in Holland with DNA evidence to prove that Leonard Shrubsall, Richard’s father, may still be in the wreckage.

Work was due to start lifting the aircraft in March this year but delayed due to the pandemic.  However work has now started to raise the wreckage.  This could take a few weeks to achieve. RMTV will bring you an update as the story progresses.
