A sustainable future – Covid-19 pandemic

As the Covid-19 has halted our daily lives and forced many countries and region into lockdown the economic effects have been devastating.  Countries are closing their borders, traffic jams developed and supply chains disrupted.

The closed European agriculture borders are a major problem. They are heavily reliant on migrant labour for their harvest. The lockdown continues and crops remain unharvested.  Farmers are under pressure as does our food supply.
