Rolls Royce All Electric Jet. Aims to be world’s fastest
Rolls-Royce has unveiled its all-electric aircraft at Gloucestershire Airport. The company described it as an important step forward in electrification. Known as the ACCEL – “Accelerating the Electrification of Flight” – it’s part of the company’s ambitions to build the world’s fastest all-electric aircraft. The battery-powered aircraft will make an attempt for the record books in late Spring 2020. It’s all about carbon-free flying.
