Leaders Clash Over NHS. The verbal attack on both sides was raw and brutal.

The Chamber in the House of Commons was like an Election battleground.  Jeremy Corbyn wasted no time in attacking the PM over the NHS during Prime Minister’s Questions.

The Labour leader said voters had a “once in a generation” chance to save the NHS, which was in “greater danger” than at any time in its history.  He said voters had the chance to back “real change” and an end to austerity.

But the PM warned of “economic catastrophe” and “political disaster” if Labour got into power.

It was a loud and angry exchange between the two leaders.  Watch the video to capture a flavour of the verbal battle.  The interchange gives an idea of how both leaders are ready for the election campaign.
