Theatre charity, Rising Tides, has added its voice to the campaign calling for action on climate change. At the Space Theatre on the Isle of Dogs, it has produced plays highlighting the dangers of global warming. The props, wardrobe and technical equipment used in productions are environmentally friendly.

The aim is to artistically engage the public on climate change issues which they consider and emergency.

Rising Tides has two shows running at the Space Theatre. One a Ben Elton play called Gasping, the other Between Two Waves by Australian writer Ian Meadows.  Between Two Waves makes its UK Premiere after successful run in Sydney.
