The event is happening in England and Wales in 2019 and Freddie Flintoff is on top of the world!
An all-singing, all-dancing cast of cricket fans representing all competing nations joined Freddie on a cover of Imagine Dragons’ ‘On Top of the World’, inviting the public to join next year’s World Cup carnival.
At the Cricket World Cup there will be ten teams, who will take part in a round-robin group stage. The top four teams from this will proceed to the semi-finals, with the winners of those meeting in the final at Lord’s.
There will be 48 matches in total across 11 venues in England and Wales. See which one is your closest by clicking here.
The Public Ballot is not first-come first-served, and you have until 29 August to submit your application.
Will you be going? Let us know. We would love to hear from you.
