Jonnie Oti Paso Doble to The Raiders March – its week 3 and Jonnie is soaring ahead with his dancing

Jonnie Peacock MBE is the first Strictly disability dancer. He runs, walks, and dances with a blade on his right leg.  Jonnie’s leg was amputated below the knee after contracting meningitis as a five-year-old.

As for Oti Mabuse she has form when it comes to amazing Paso Dobles. She did some fantastic choreography and worked her magic with Jonnie Peacock!  Last week’s Jive blew everyone away.  Fans will be hoping this performance can be just as dramatic and energetic. And what a tune…

He certainly displayed a tough Indiana ready to save any girl in distress. And he did just that. He just whipped off his hat and had Oti on the floor grateful she had been ‘saved’.

The blade runner, who won gold in the 100 metres at Rio and London’s Paralympics, said he had not thought twice about going on the BBC dance show. He wants to break down people’s view on disability
