Kate had another baby – a girl called Charlotte!
Like her first pregnancy Kate suffered from acute morning sickness and treated by a doctor at Kensington Palace. Another reason why the news came out because the Duchess had to cancel engagements because of her morning sickness.
The sickness – called hyperemesis gravidarum – is a condition that requires supplementary hydration, medication and nutrients.
Official announcement from Clarence House said: Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their second child.
When the first pregnancy announced it was welcome news worldwide. Below is how the story unfolded:
The baby expected by Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge was born Monday 22nd July 2013. She had a boy and has been named George Alexander Louis and will be known as Prince George of Cambridge. Back in January, St James’s Palace formally announced the pregnancy and also confirmed Kate was expecting just one baby. The Royal couple revealed the news of the pregnancy just before Christmas after the Duchess was admitted to hospital Monday December 4 suffering from acute morning sickness. News of the baby has delighted many in the UK and worldwide. Some of them spoke to YNUKtv
There is great interest when the Royals are parents. Mothers and families eager to meet the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The Royal couple always welcome. Both want to be real parents
