ABC Australia: Warwick Thornton tackles the Western in ambitious new narrative feature.  The line between good and bad characters, however, is not so obvious.

Film Quotes:  Where did you get your black stock from.  Your black fellas?  We’re all equal in the eyes of the Lord.  I was three years on the western front.  Not much sign of the Lord there.

You run away I’ll shoot you for desertion. Now you give me that boy you’re hiding

Sergeant!  There’s been a shooting.  Gotta say goodbye to your black.  He’s gonna be hanging tomorrow.

We going to catch this murderer?  This Sam Kelly fired the first shot.  Do you think the Lord is going to protect ya?
