Celebrating 70th Anniversary of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe! The most talked about event in the UK
To celebrate the start of the countdown to the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, we’ve brought together some well-known faces. They are from the world of music, stage and screen and explain what the Fringe means to them!
Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital city, is a city enriched with history and culture. It is one of the most visited places across the nation.
Just about everyone that loves entertainment and having a good time has been to the Fringe.
The Edinburgh Fringe is the world’s largest arts festival which spans most of August. Last year the event featured 50,266 performances of 3,269 shows in 294 venues.
This year the celebrations are spread across the city. Visitors will have trouble fitting in all they want to see.
Scottish capital is full to capacity. But accommodation is available almost anywhere. It doesn’t matter if it isn’t in a comfortable bedroom. Streets and alleyways are just good.
Cost is minimal. While there maybe expensive shows, on whole entertainment is cheap and affordable. Anyone’s budget will be able to contribute to watching a great show
