Sgt Pepper: listen to unreleased outtake of  Beatles’ classic.  It is celebrating 50 years since the release of the Fab Four’s masterpiece.

April 27, 2017 was the big anniversary. Sgt Pepper: listen to unreleased outtake of Beatles’ classic. It was a track that didn’t make the final album.

Celebrations are planned in Liverpool by artists from across the globe and May and June this year.

Also to celebrate is this version of Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band recorded five decades ago.  This is being shared across the globe so don’t miss out on taking a listen to this amazing track that didn’t make the final cut.

There is some great chat at the end between Paul and John.  Ringo Starr and George Harrison hung around and fooled around in the studio.

From memory it was a wild worldwide recording of this brilliant album.  Everybody across the globe switched on to the live performance of the Sgt Pepper track.  It was a grainy viewing.  Back in ’67 live broadcasting was rare and still developing in quality.
