Mansions in Billionaires Row Abandoned – left to rot

A number of mansions in billionaires Row, north London abandoned and left to rot by their owners.

Their deteriorating state made headlines in the national press across the nation.

Newspapers reported the hugely expensive homes empty for up to 25 years.  No effort made to keep the properties in good condition.  In some cases signs of rotting and mould along beautiful staircases and floors.  The Bishops Avenue has some of the best sought after properties in the country.

It’s estimated a third of the homes worth up to £350million.  At billionaires row, ynuk.tv found, from the outside, some of the wealthiest properties in a rundown uncared for condition.
