Our Big Gig is an initiative to encourage local musicians to air their talents to audiences.

The new Wigan Youth Zone promises a great line-up of musical talent for its part in the massive Our Big Gig weekend nationwide between 11 — 14 July 2013.  Youth Zone a major participant in the big gig. A fantastic group of people.  Great to meet and to listen to their music.

Celebration of music

On the 13th, the community in Wigan will be treated to an electic sound of rap to flamenco!  More than 300 concerts are taking place across the UK making it the biggest national celebration of music.  What an event to join!  An exciting project especially for musicians. Imagine the whole country playing music

Our Big Gig is co-ordinated by Superact and funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and Arts Council England.  All concerts are free and open to musicians wanting to be involved. A possibility to be heard and listened to at a great gig.
